I hereby certify that I have received for Public use of Travis Tune--
one Barren Cow Estimated at Two hundred & fifty pounds, including the 
fifth quarter           "              "         "

for which payment at the Rate of Twenty four Shillings the pound and shall be
made according to the assurance contained in the Resolution of Assembly of
Novem. 15th, 1780.  Given under my hand this 5th day of Jany--1780.
