J. H. CLARK, ADMR TO LOGAN B. LONG'S HEIRS    CERTIFICATE

	STATE OF VIRGINIA, COUNTY OF HALIFAX, TO-WIT:  This day J. H. Clark, 
Administrator of Logan B. Long, deceased, personally appeared before the 
undersigned Jas. H. Medley, Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County 
and made oath that to the best of his knowledge, belief and information the 
following is a list, and as far as he knows the ages and addresses of the 
heirs of said decedent, to-wit:
