To my son Abraham Spencer 300 ac of land on n.c. Miry Cr where is now setling bounded upon Richard Brown & George Wood, & to his heirs forever. Also personality & my Pit saw & cross cut saw. To son Thomas Sharp Spencer 300 ac of land above my son Abraham's land & William Mays, Srs land & to his heirs forever, also personality. To my son Wm. Spencer after the death or marriage of my loving wife, the plantation whereon I now with 350 ac, belonging to it., but if son William should die before age or without issue that then I give said land to dtr Elizabeth Spencer during her natural life & then return to son Abraham Spencer & to his heirs forever. To daughter Elizabeth Spencer after death or marriage of my loving wife, 2 negros viz. Anthony & Will & to her heirs forever., also personality. I will & positive order that 400 ac. of land laying between land I live upon & land I give my sons Abraham & Thomas be sold to highest bidder giving 2 yea credit with security to my Exr. I order that the money arising to be equally divided between my 2 dtrs Rachael & Susannah Spencer to use of them forever. Also personality to each of them. To son William one mare called Bonney.
