Norfolk Journal and Guide,Saturday,May 10,1958
Buck Arrington, 61-year-old veteran of World War I, died Wednesday, April 30 at
Kecoughtan Veteran’s Hospital.

Mr. Arrington, a machinist at the Norfolk Navy Yard, resided in Norfolk.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Betsy C. Arrington, of Norfolk;  a son, Russell
J. Arrington, Pittsburgh, PA;  and four daughters, Mrs. Dicey Watson, Miss
Josephine Arrington and Miss Elizabeth Arrington, of Norfolk;  and Mrs. Deborah
M. Arrington of Jersey City, NJ;  and other relatives.

Chaplain Edward P. Plitt conducted the funeral services at 10:30 at the
Protestant Chapel at Kecoughtan on May 5.  Burial was in the U. S. National
Cemetery in Hampton.
