Norfolk - Funeral rites for Aaron Pierce of 1042 Avenue “G” were conducted in
Hampton National Cemetery Jan 21.  Mr. Pierce, 67, died Jan. 17 in the Veterans
Administration Hospital, Salem, after a long illness.

He was the husband of Mrs. Thelma Pierce and a retired longshoreman.  He was a
member of ILA Local 1248.

His wife is on the only known survivor.

E. A. Hughes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
