Cemetery Location:  On west side of Route #4 (Old mountain road) .5 mile north 
                    of North Anna River, 23 miles northwest of Richmond City 
                    limits.
                    Hanover County, Virginia


DATE:

1840.

OWNERS:

The present (1937) owner, Mr. Virgil P. Randolph, has the utmost respect for the 
sacred ground and will not allow it to be disturbed.

DESCRIPTION:

The Crenshaw burial ground is located in a plot just south of the old house.  It 
is about 75 feet square with a four foot brick wall entirely surrounding it.  
There are some unmarked graves.  There are several old box woods and other arbor 
vitae planted in the yard.
