Collins MECHANICSVILLE, Va. -- Douglas M. Collins, 60, died March 30, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Judy Honeycutt Collins; two sons, Douglas Scott and David Roger Collins of Mechanicsville; two special nieces, Emily and Bailey Collins; one sister, Fay Snead and husband Richard; four brothers: Glen and wife Carlene; Darrel and wife Patricia; Lawrence and wife Linda; and Earl Collins; two aunts: Lucille and husband J.W. Frazier; and Agnes Olinger; and one uncle, Harvey and wife Louise Taylor. Mr. Collins retired from E.I. Dupont after 31 years of service. His remains rest at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee Davis Road, where the family will receive friends 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and where services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment will be in Signal Hill Memorial Park.
