Wilson received $100 yearly; no documents on injury, regiment, rank or Governor's certification for pension list. Thomas Ritchie was his attorney to receive pension. ****Within Wilson's file were documents of Williford (powers of attorney) and Willis Wilson (payment records) ****Transcriber could not determine whether the two pensions 458 and 459 were mixed together or not; the only determiner was that John Wilson's daughter (Francis) did not sign these payment receipts; therefore, I would say these are in the right file.
