Adair ? to 1936, present owner History has it that this grand old home only had sixty-seven acres in its original tract, always being used as a home place and any farming or stock raising was on leased land in the immediate neighborhood. “Oak Hill” proper, was built by the Reverend Leonidus Rosser, a prominent Methodist minister of that day, in 1840. There is an old burying ground on the place, but no stones or any record of interest is available. It is unknown which family buried their deceased there.
