Ames & Wm Porter as well joyntly as Severally the sd one hund'd Acres of land unto the sd Rich'd Bays his heirs Exec's & Adm's as against all persons Shall & will Warrant & for ever defend by & from any means Act Alient[?] consent privelege or procuremt. of us the sd Nichol.
