        Whereas a marriage is shortly to be intended between HENRY HILL and
Rosamond WEBSTER, widow and relict of Thomas WEBSTER dec'c and said Rosamond
out of love and affection to her children gives to them a certain deed of
land, Rosamond holdings are surveyed by Richard LIGON, 29 Nov 1693, on Great
Branch of Swift Creek next to GEORGE ARCHER, 733 acres. Henry HILL gives
consent to convey said land to her son CHARLES COSENS 150 acres, to her
daughter Mary WEBSTER 100 acres, to her daughter Rosamond Webster 100 Acres
to her daughter Elizabeth Webster 100 acres when they become of age. Hill
will deliver to said Cosens 1 young cow and two breeding sows and one
long Gun, to Mary Webster livestock, to her son Thomas WEBSTER 1 young cow
and a fixed up gun, to daughter Elizabeth Webster livestock, and to daughter
Rosamond Webster livestock. dated 31 March 1694//witness Peter FIELD
