Captain 3rd Regiment Light Dragoons
Henrico County

  I do, with the advice of council, hereby certify that, William Barrett, about 
32 years of age, late a captain in the 3rd Regiment of Light Dragoons, appears 
to have been disabled in such a manner while in the service of The United States 
as to entitle him to the sum of ninety pounds yearly; which allowance 
accordingly made him, to commence on the first day of January 178?  Given under 
my hand this eleventh day of November 1786.
