I give and devise unto my Daughter Catherine Snead my Sorrel Horse to her and her heirs forever. I give and devise unto my Six Daughters Agnes Langford, Elizabeth Jones, Lucy Base, Ursula Cawthorn, Susanna Frogmorton and Sarah Fariss, to each One Shilling Sterling to them and their heirs forever. I give and devise unto my Grandson Langston Sharpe One Shilling Sterling to him and his heirs forever. I give and devise unto my Son William Sharpe's children a negro man named Sampson to be divided among them as specified in his last will. I give and devise unto my Grand son Julius Sharpe one feather bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever. I Order and direct that my daughter in law Elizabeth Sharpe shall have quiet and peaceable possession of my Plantation after my decease during her natural life and widowhood and no longer. I give and devise unto my Grand Son William Sharpe my Tract of land containing two hundred Acres more or less, in consideration he pays the following Legacies to him and his heirs forever. I Order an direct him to pay my Grand son Isaac Sharpe the Sum of Fifty pounds Current Money when he arrives at the Age of twenty one, to my Grand Son Julius Sharpe the Sum of Twenty pounds of like money three years after my decease, to my Grand daughter Nancy Sharpe Twenty pounds of like money when she arrives at the age of twenty one and unto my Grand Daughter Ursula Sharpe Ten pounds of like money when she arrives at the age of Twenty one. In case my Grandson William refuses to comply with the payment of the above Legacies as they become due then I order and direct that so much of my said Tract of Land shall be sold as will raise the sum of a hundred pounds current money to be paid unto my four Grand children, Isaac, Julius, Nancy and Ursula Sharpe as before directed. My will further is that should my Grand son William die without Legitimate issue, then I give and devise and bequeath unto my Grandson Isaac Sharpe my aforsaid Tract of Land to him and his heirs forever. Item I give and devise unto my Daughter in Law Elizabeth Sharpe the residue of my Estate of what nature or kind soever--Ordering her to pay all Just debts Furneral expenses and the before mentioned Seven Legacies left to my Six daughters & Grandson, namely Agness Langford, Elizabeth Jones, Lucy Base, Ursula Cawthorn, Susanna Frogmorton, Sarah Fariss and Langston Sharpe. I Order and direct that my Estate may not be Appraised, my Exceutrix and Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Will or Wills by me made heretofore. In Witness whereof I the said Robert Sharpe have herento set my hand and affixed my Seal the 5th day of June in the year of our Lord 1772.
