Imprimis I give and bequeath to George M Field one Feather Bed one chest one Gin case and Bottles. Item I give and bequeath unto my friend Edward Johnson all the remainder of my estate Land excepted during and for his natural life and after his decease to be equally divided between George M Field and Mara Scott and their heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath unto Jesse Frayser seven acres of land more [p 220] or less lying on the North side of my plantation between my Land and the Land John Scott sold the said Jesse Frayser separated from my Land by a ditch to him and his heirs forever. Item further my desire is that the Remainder my land should be sold and the money arising from such sale should be equally divided between the aforesaid Edward Johnson and the aforesaid George M Field. I appoint Jesse Frayser and Henry Woodcock executors to this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and five. This Will was proved by oaths of Samuel Frayser Charles Gay and Henry Woodcock the Executors therein named who made oath thereto according to Law, And with Joseph Goode their securities entered into and acknowledged their Bond in the penalty of one hundred pounds conditioned as the law directs certificate is granted him for obtaining a probat thereof in due form.
