I give my cousin Lucy Webb Cocke my boy Tom also all my Trunks to her her heirs and assigns forever. 4th I give to my nephew Pleasants Webb my man Booker to him his heirs and assigns forever. 5th I give unto my niece Elizabeth Webb my woman called Patty and her girl Lucy to her her heirs and assigns forever. 6th I give unto my sister in Law Lucy Webb all my linen petty coats and stockings. 7th I give unto my Sister in Law Theodohie? Webb two of my best plain Gowns. 8th I give unto my Sister Polly Chamberlayne all my Lace and one of my best Gowns. 9th All the rest of my estate of what nature or kind soever it may be not hereinbefore particularly disposed of I desire may be equally divided among my two cousins Rebecca Bowler Cocke and Lucy Webb Cocke. 10th I desire that my estate may not be appraised and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend and Uncle Bowler Cocke executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or Testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 27th day of February one thousand eight hundred and two. Eliza Webb {seal} Signed dated and delivered as for the last will and Testament of the above named Elizabeth Webb in presence of us Bowler Cocke William Dandridge Peyton R Nelson Wm Nelson [p 26] At a monthly Court held for Henrico County at the Courthouse on Monday the fourth day of October 1802. This Will was proved by the oath of Peyton R Nelson a witness thereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of Bowler Cocke the executor therein named who made oath thereto according to Law and together with Jaskcon Frayser his security entered in to and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of two thousand dollars, conditioned as the law directs.
