Cauthorn as administrator of the said Samuel Crafton deceased as far as he has progressed in administering the estate of the decedent. A Copy Teste Loftin N. Ellett C. H. C. Godden personally appeared before a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid and made oath that he would to the best of his skill and judgment faithfully discharge the duties of commissioner in stating, auditing and adjusting the accounts of Richard S. Cauthorn upon estate of Samuel Crafton deceased and make true and ____ in part thereof ________ partiality or affection. Given under my hand this 7th day of June 1849. J. A.
