Will of Geneva Rebecca Sink Handy, 1987 - Henry Co. VA LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of Geneva S. Handy I, Geneva S. Handy, of 121 Seminole Drive, Collinsville, Virginia, hereby make this last will and testament, revoking all earlier wills. I Direct my Executor to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, and costs of administration. All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate of every kind and nature, whether now owned or hereafter acquired I give unto Billy Gene Handy, Jr., my step-grandson, if he survives me. In the event my step-grandson predeceases me, I give my estate unto Patricia E. Handy, my step-grandson's wife. I nominate and appoint Bill Gene Handy as Executor of this my last will and testament and direct that no surety shall be required on his bond as Executor. In the event Billy Gene Handy predeceases me or shall be unable to serve, I nominate and appoint Patricia E. Handy as Executor and direct that no surety shall be required on her bond as Executrix.
