Will of George Odle, 1870 - Henry Co. VA

Henry County, Virginia Will Book 9, page 35

	I, George Odle of the County of Henry State of Virginia do make this my last
will and testament hereby revolking all former wills heretofore made
	I bequrth to my wife Nelly Odle all my real estate of which I may die
Seized consisting of a tract of land in the County of Henry State of
Virginia on
Smiths River containing one hundred acres and adjoining the property of George
Hairston decsed and others to have and to hold in fee simple.
	I bequeth to my wife Nelly Odle all of my personal estate in fee simple
except one bureau table and cupboard last my wife Nelly is to hold during her
life time and at her death I bequeth to Susan L. Hundley daughter of W.
Hundley
the table and cupboard and to Nelly Ann Hundley also daughter of W.W. Hundley
the bureau
	Signed under my hand this 9th day of January eighteen hundred and Seventy

	We the undersigned do certify that the aforesaid George Odle whose name 
is signed to the above writing acknowledge the same to be his last will and
tes-
tament and at whose request and in whose presence (we the signing persent
at the

In a County Court held for Henry County at the Court House on the 14th day of 
July 1873.

	A writing purported to be the last will and testament of George Odle was
presented in Court by the oaths of John R Wilson and Henry D Hundley the
subsc-
ribing witnesses thereunto and ordered to be added to the record.
