I Nellie H. Odle of the County of Henry State of Virginia being of a sound
mind make this my last
will and testament:

1st I bequest to my two Grand daughters Susan Letitia and Nellie Ann infant
children of WW and 
Susan Hundley all of my property, both personal and real of which I die
possessed to be equally
divided among them.
2nd I nominate WW Hundley my executor and request that no security be
required of him as he is
their father, and therefore their natural guardian. Given under my hand
this 29th day of July 1873

We the undersigned do certify that Mrs. Nellie H. Odle whose name is signed
to the writing above did acknow-
ledge the same to be known to us both  we being present with her at the
same time Given under out hands the 29th day 
of July 1873.

At a County Court held for Henry County at the Court House on the 8 day of
September 1873.

            A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Nellie
Odle dec,d was produced in Court and proven by the oath of James E.
Atkinson on of the Subscribing Witnesses to the said will

At a court  held for Henry County at the Court House on the 10th day of
November 1873. The will of Nellie Odle was again produced before the court
and AJ Odle
Appeared by his attorney and was made a defendant to the probate of Said
will & Samuael B. Burton the other Subscribing witnefs to the said will was
examined as to the execution of the Same and the case was continued till
the next term.  At a County Courtheld for Henry County at the Court House
on the 8th day of December 1873. The writing heretofore offered for probate
purporting to be the last will of Nellie Odle was again produced before the
court and after hearing the additional evidence offered by Wm W Hundley &
wife by their attorney in proof of the will as well as the evidence offered
by AJ Odle the contestant of the will & made a party deft at the last term,
It is considered by the Court that Said writing be recorded as the true
last will and testament of Nellie Odle dec,d
