Will of George Taylor

	In the name of God Amen.  I George Taylor of Henry County being some 
unwell at present tho thank God of sound mind and disposing  memory and 
knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die and as touching such 
worldly estate that it has been pleased god to bless me with I do dispose off
[sic] in the manner & form following: viz. First, I give to my son Reuben 
Taylor all my land except fifty acres which my daughter Delphey is to have 
where ever Reuben Taylor and Delphey Taylor shall agree.

	Secondly, I give unto my daughter Delphey Taylor two head of cattle 
also one feather bed and furniture also one sceald[?] skin trunk, further I 
give unto my son Reuben Taylor my rifle gun–further I leave unto my son Reuben 
Taylor all my property thats not mentioned above to dispose of as he thinks 
proper between himself and Delphey, and lastly I do by these presents 
constitute and appoint my son Reuben Taylor to be the Ececutor[sic] of this my 
last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made.  In 
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this 20th day of 
February ann domi 1821.

	At a Court held for Henry County at the courthouse on Monday the 12th 
day of April 1824.
	The will of George Taylor was produced in Court and proven by the 
oaths of William Clinkscales and Henry Fee[?] and ordered to be certified for 
further proof.
