Highland County, Virginia DATE: None. OWNERS: Clover Creek Church DESCRIPTION: It is public property and in nice condition. It contains about one half acre of ground and is enclosed with the church lot. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: This graveyard contains no old markers bearing inscriptions, yet it is one of the oldest in the county, as this was one of the first places to be settled. David Gwin buried here was a Captain in the Revolutionary war.
