Cemetery Location:  On hill just north of the village of Crabbottom, Virginia
                    Highland County, Virginia


DATE:

1849, date of oldest inscription.

OWNERS:

Wimer family,
Village of Crabbottom, Virginia, present owner.

DESCRIPTION:

This was originally the burial ground of the Wimer family, but it is now a 
public cemetery.  A picket fence, painted and in good condition, encloses the 
one-half acre of land.  Some of the oldest graves have no markers.
