"Two Aged Citizens Gone.

It is our sad duty to report the death of two of Highland's oldest and most
highly respected citizens, both of whom had for years resided in Blue Grass
district, not many miles apart.  Michael Trainer, the younger of the two,
quietly fell in sleep at his home near Meadow Dale, on Wednesday evening, aged
about 80 years.  His remains were laid to rest near the old home, Rev. W. H.
Woolf, assisted by Rev. C. W. Trawick, officiating.

William Swadley, whose illness we mention in this issue died at his residence
near Hightown last night at 2 o'clock.  He was 85 years of age.  The funeral
service will take place tomorrow at 11 o'clock."
