Isle Of Wight County, Virginia DATE: 1865. OWNERS: Hiden Ramsey. DESCRIPTION: Stones have since been broken in small pieces by boys. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Benjamin Jones Born Apr. 10, 1803 and died July 2nd, 1856 Aged 53 years, 2 months, & 23 days Twas thus he whiled his lonely hours away, Dissatisfied none Knowing what he endured, A bosom whereon he his head might lay, And hear the heart beat with the Lord.
