To all to Whome these pSents shall Come, I y:e W:m BERKELEY K:t Gen:t &c/ send greetings in our 
lord God everlasting,  Whereas Richard GROSS late of this Colony dec'd: dieing testate, & 
leaving an estate,in deeds, goods rights & creditts: In case Whereof Jane the Relictt of the 
decedent, hath made humble Suite to the Cort, That a Comission of Adm'n might be granted unto 
her on her late husbands estate, Now know: you, That I the said W:m BERKELEY K:t According to 
order att the Isle of Wight County Cort bearing date the ninth day of August 1675, the better & 
Securing the Said estate do give & grant unto her the Said Jane GROSS Comission of Adm:n of all 
Singular the goods, rights, & Creditts of her late husbands estate Uttmost
Given under my hand this fourth day of 7:ber 1675
