Thomas WOODWARD aged 61 yeares or thereabouts sworne & Examined sayth 
   That Richard PENNY the last Co.rt told him that he y.e said PENNY was 
security to y.e Sherriffe for y.e appearance of W.m SUGG

I Richard IZARD aged 54 yeares or thereabouts saith that M.r Richard PENNY & I 
was talking togeather, and there came W.m SUGG & M.r OLDIS up to us, & W.m 
SUGG asked M.r PENNY, if he would, be his security, & M.r PENNY made A stopp, 
And M.r OLDIS replyed, will you be his security & M.r PENNY s'd I & M.r OLDIS 
desired me to take notice, that M.r PENNY was SUGG's ["Suggs"] security for 
his appearance att the next Co.rt, to y.e best of my remembrance this is 
truth, & further sayth not
