To all to Whome these pSents shall Come, I y:e W:m BERKELEY K:t Gen:t &c/ send greetings in our 
Lord God Everlasting:  Whereas Rebecah IZARD Widdow:, late of this Colony dec'd, did by her 
last Will & testament: ordain & appoint James BAGNALL; Henry REEVES[?] & Ambrose BENNETT, To 
be, overseers of her said Will & Testam.t wh said overseers did att a Cort held on, for the 
Isle of Wight County the 20:th day of Octob:r 1675: make humble suite to the Cort: that a 
Probate of ye said Will, might be granted unto them, for Wh cause, full power & lawfull 
Authoritie, is hereby Given & granted unto them, do See the Said Will duly & truly fulfilled: 
Accordinge to the desire & request of the decedents last Will & testam:t
Given under my hand this 15.th day of November: 1675
