Issued Costs 234 Cs Gross Tob.o & 100 ton Tob.o & 15/ or 150 D Tob.o & 1/3 Writ Tax ~ ----------------------------------------------- John GARNER who stands charged in execution at the Suit of Joseph SCOTT and in Custody of Goal of this County this day came into Court and delivered a Schedule of his Estate, to wit, one bedstead, one Cradle, two small stone Juggs, four Glass bottles, one Table frame, and one Cann, whereupon he took the Oath of an Insolvent Debtor and is thereupon discharged out of Custody, and It is Ordered that the Sheriff of this County do make Sale of the said Estate to the Highest bidder and pay the money arising from such sale to the said Joseph SCOTT towards satisfying the said Execution, ~ ----------------------------------------------- Ordered that John BRIDGER pay unto Joseph CUTCHIN one pounds of Tobacco for four days attendance at this and former Courts as a Witness for him against Thomas MINTON ----------------------------------------------- Ordered that Elizabeth RAIFORD be Summoned to the next Court to show cause if any she can, why she will not appear and take administration on the Estate of Husband ~ ----------------------------------------------- Ordered that the Court be adjourned 'till the Court in Course ~ ----------------------------------------------- The minutes of these Proceedings were Signed "James BRIDGER" [page break]
