An Appraisement of the Estate of John SAUNDERS dec'd: returned into Court by 
the Appaisers and Ordered to be Recorded -

An Indenture of bargain and Sale between William BABB and Nancy his wife of 
the One part, and Gideon POWELL of the Other part, was together with a receipt 
thereon endorsed proved by the Oaths of John CLARK, and William BALDWIN, two 
of the Witnesses thereto, and Continued for further proof -

An Indenture of bargain and Sale with a receipt thereon endorsed beween [sic] 
Sion BOON and Nancy W: BOON of the One part, and Wade MOUNTFORTT of the Other 
part, were Acknowledged by the said Sion BOON one of the Parties thereto and 
Ordered to be Recorded ~

An Indenture of Gift, between Elizabeth NELMS of the One part, and Jesse 
WHITEHEAD of the Other part, proved by the Oaths of Robert ELEY, and Eley 
JOHNSON, and Jeremiah WESTRAY, the Witnesses thereto, and Ordered to be 
Recorded -

An Indenture of bargain and Sale with a receipt thereon endorsed between 
Benjamin PHILLIPS and Holland his wife of the One part, and Michael MURPHREY 
of the Other part, were Acknowledged by the said Benjamin PHILLIPS and Holland 
his wife parties thereto, she having been first privily examined as the Law 
directs freely and Voluntarily relinquished her right of Dower to the lands 
Conveyed by the said Indenture and Ordered to be Recorded -
