The last Will and Testament of Thomas JORDAN Senior decd: was presented in 
Court, and proved by the oaths of William JORDAN, and William PIERCE two of 
the Witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded, and Liberty allowed the 
Executrix therein named to Qualify when she shall think fit -

An Indenture of Bargain and Sale between John COGGIN and Honour his wife of 
the one part  and Peyton RANDALL of the other part was fully proved by the 
oath of William PIERCE another Witness thereto and ordered to be recorded -

An Indenture between Edmond GODWIN and Holland his wife of the one part, and 
Timothy TYNES of the other part was Acknowledged by him one of the Parties 
thereto and together with the Commission and Certificate of her Acknowlegement 
thereof, and ordered to be Recorded -

Ordered that Ishmael MOODY be appointed Inspecter of the Port on his giving 
bond in the Clerks Office within one Month -

An Additional Account Current of the Estate of Henry TYNES decd: returned in 
to Court by the auditors and ordered to be Recorded -

An Appraisement of the Estate of Jesse ATKINSON decd: returned into Court by 
the appraisors and ordered to be recorded -

On the motion of John BUTLER and Mary his wife Executrix of Matthew HARRISS 
decd:  It is ordered John GWALTNEY, Moreland DELK, John HOLLEMAN, and William 
ELEY, or ant three of them examine State and settle an Account Current of the 
Estate of Matthew HARRISS decd: and make report thereof to the Court -

The last Will and Testament of Henry PRUDEN decd: returned into Court by 
Nathaniel PRUDEN one of the Executors in the said Will mentioned who made oath 
thereto according to Law, and the same being proved by the oaths of Pleasants 
JORDAN one of the Witnesses thereto and Continued for further proof-  And on 
the motion of said Executor who together with Dolphin DRIVER his Security 
entered into and Acknowledged their bond in the penalty of ten thousand 
dollars with Condition as the Law directs Certificate is granted him for 
obtaining a probat thereof in due form of Law-
