unto William FLYE One hundred Acres of Land Joyning upon W.m OLDS [OLDIS] 
I say sold unto William FLY his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs for ever 
haveing rec'ed full sattisfacçon for it 
as Witness my hand & Seal y.e 9.th day of Sept.r 1678

To all to whome these p'sents shall come I Christopher BLYTH of the Isle of 
Wight County in Virginia Planter Send Greeting in o.r Lord God everlasting 
Whereas I the s'd Christopher BLYTH for A very good & valluable sattisfacçon 
by me rec'ed of W.m FLYE of y.e afores'd County Planter 
did bargaine & sell unto the s'd W.m FLYE his heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs for ever 
One hundred Acres of Land Joinig upon W.m OLDS 
as by a Conveyance w.th my acknowledgem.t thereof under my hand & seal bearing 
date the Ninth day of Septemb.r last past & in this p'sent year of o.r Lord 
God 1678 as alsoe by the Records of the s'd County may more plainly appear 
Now know yee that I y.e s'd Christopher BLYGH upon a reasonable intreaty & 
request unto me by the afores'd W.m FLYE doe herew.th Coven.t grant & agree 
(for the more better perfecte assurance, & confirmaçon of the afores'd One 
hundred Acres of Land Joyning upon the Land of William OLDS) to & w.th the s'd 
W.m FLYE his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & As's that he the s'd W.m FLYE his heires 
Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & every of y.m shall & may from tyme to time & att all 
times hereafter forever have, hold, Occupy, possess & enjoy the s'd One 
hundred Acres of Land w.th all & singular y.e rights priveledges & 
apperten'ces to the same belonging or in any wise apperteining & every part & 
parcell thereof to his & their owne use & uses w.th out any Lett hindrance 
molestaçon clayme or interrupçon of me the s'd Christopher BLYGH my heires 
Ex.rs Adm.rs & As's or any other P/son or P/sons whatsoever by my, other [??] 
or any of my meanes, consent, privity, procurem.t or clayming by from or under 
us in any manner of wise 
And further y.t I the s'd X.pher BLYGH my heires Ex.rs Adm.rs shall from time 
to time & att all times hereafter att & upon ev'y reasonable request and att 
the cost & charges in the Law onely of the s'd William FLY his heires Ex.rs 
Adm.rs & Assignes or any of them shall & well doe make knowledge & suffer all 
& singular Act & Acts thing & things in the Law w.th warranty against me the 
s'd Christopher my heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes for y.e further & better 
Conveyance assurance & sure making of the said One hundred Acres of Land with 
all & singular the premises thereunto belonging to be had conveyed & made sure 
to the s'd William

FLYE his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for his & their use clearly & 
absolutely w.th out any manner of Condiçon for ever as by the s'd William FLYE 
his heires Executors Adm.rs or Assignes or by his or their Councill learned in 
the Law shall be lawfully & reasonably devised or advised 
In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seal the 9.th day of October 
1678
