To all &c Whereas &c Now Know yee that I the Said Richard BENNETT Esq.r &c 
give and grant Unto Daniel BOUCHER two hundred Acres of Land lyeing in the 
Isle of Wight County on the third Swamp of the black water 
begining at a marked white Oake being the Corner tree of Humphry CLERK's 
["Clerks"; CLARK, CLARKE] in a bottom near the Said Swampe 
and runing downe west by South to a Small marked Cyprus Standing on the brink 
of the maine runn of Water 
thence goeing along the Said runn to another mark't Cyprus which is distant 
from the first Cyprus upon a right line two hundred poles 
thence East by North to a marked Pochechery one hundred & Sixty poles 
thence by a parrellell to the main runn in the Said Swamp being reduced into a 
right line two hundred poles to the Said Humphry CLERCK's ["Clercks"] Land 
thence by the Said land West by South to y.e first Station 
The Said Land being due Unto the Said Daniel BOUCHER by and for the 
Transportaçon of four Persons into this Colony &c 
to have and to hold &c 
Yeiding and paying &c which payment is to be made &c 
Dated y.e 21.st of November 1654
