y.t I W.m BRESSIE of y.e Isle of Wight County in Virginia M'ch.t doe for A 
valluable consideraçon already in hand reced make over sell & for ever 
alienate from me & my heires to James TULLAGH of y.e same County Planter, his 
heires or Assignes one P/cell of Land conteining two hundred Acres lying in 
y.e s'd County upon y.e Westerne Branch, Swamp 
being P/te of A devident of Land conteyning Sixteen hundred Acres granted to 
Cap.t Anthony FULGEHAM [FULGHAM] & me the said W.m BRESSIE by Pattent dated 
y.e 12.th day of July 1665 
To have & to hould y.e s'd two hundred Acres according to y.e m'ked Trees to 
him the s'd James TULLAGH his heires or As's for ever 
w.th all priviledges profitts & emolum.ts w.t soever in as large & ample 
manner as by y.e s'd Pattetn they are granted unto me w.th gen'all warrantie 
ag.t all P/sons 
In Confirmaçon whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seal
