that I Thomas NOSWORTHY of y.e Isle of Wight County doe for my selfe my heires 
Ex.rs or Assignes firmely by these p'sents assigne & make over, from me my 
heires Ex.rs or As's unto Co.ll Joseph BRIDGER & Co.ll [altered from "Cap.t"] 
Thomas GODWYN Jointly & sev'ally their heires Ex.rs or As's all my right tytle 
& interest of two tenem.ts 
y.e one being now lett un M.r Rich.d MORRIS reteyned Minister of the Isle of 
Wight County 
& the other being lett unto Thomas BOWES[?] dureing the tyme of his naturall 
life 
w.ch s'd Plantaçons w.th all their priveledges rents & Revenues w.ch shall or 
may be due from them 
I doe hereby Assigne & make over unto y.e P/sons as afores'd for y.e security 
of y.e sattisfaction of y.e full vallue of five thousand Nine hundred & Eighty 
pounds of Tob' & Cask due from me y.e s'd NOSWORTHY my heires or As's unto the 
afores'd Co.ll BRIDGER & Co.ll GODWYN their heires Ex.rs or As's for A 
valluable Consideracon already in hand rec'ed 
as witness my hand & seal this 27.th day of Feb'ry Anno 1674 [1674/5]

                    hundred Ninety Six pounds of Tobaccoe & Cask I ow unto him
