Know all men by these p'sents that Wee Dorothy BOND Widdow of Majo.r John BOND 
deceased and John BOND Sonne of the s'd Major John BOND ["dec'ed" struck 
through] doe, for the sume of Three Thousand pounds of good Merchantable Tob' 
& Cask to us in hand paid before the signeing and Sealing hereof by Joseph 
BRIDGER Esq.r alienate sell assigne and sett over to him the said BRIDGER his 
heires and Assignes for ever, 
all that parcell or Tract of Land now in o.r possession, 
and formerly bought by the s'd Majo.r John BOND of Cap.t Francis HOBBS, & Mary 
his Wife on part of which Edward HUICKSON lately lived, 
the s'd Land lying next to that plantaçon of John VASSER, 
and between that said plantaçon and the Land held by M.r Nicholas COBB and now 
in the possession of ["M.r Nicholas COBB" struck through] the said BRIDGER 
giveing & granting to the said BRIDGER all o.r right Title & Interest

Thereunto and every Part thereof with all houseing Orchards & fencing thereto 
belonging or apperteining. 
And wee doe further ingage for o.r selves, our heires, Ex.rs Adm.rs &c that 
they the said BRIDGER his heires &c shall peaceably hold possess & Enjoy the 
same without any lett molestaçon or incumbrance of us the s'd Dorothy and 
John BOND, or either of us, our heires Ex.rs &c or any of them, 
And doe further engadge to acknowledge the same in Open Co.rt when thereto 
required and alsoe to make a former bill of Sale if the said BRIDGER his 
heires &c shall require it,
