Know all men by these p'sents 
That I Nicholas COBB of the Isle of Wight County for a valluable Consideraçon 
to me in hand paid before the sealing and deliv'y hereof for w.ch I doe 
acknowledge my selfe to be fully sattisfied by John FRYZELL of the same County 
aforesaid have for me my heires bargained sould alienated Confirmed and sett 
ove [sic] to the said John FRYZELL his heires Executors or Assignes for ever a
Certeyn Parcell of Land in the Upper Parrish of Isle of Wight County lying and 
bounded as followeth 
Runing upon A Point betwixt two branches att a marked Beech, 
And soe runing along the Maine Swamp Joyning to George BELL, to a marked 
Pohikerie which standeth upon A Point betwixt George BELL's ["Bells"] and 
Walter JOHNSON's ["Johnsons"], 
And from thence up along the Branch by Walter JOHNSON's ["Johnsons"] to a 
marked Gumm which standeth att head of the said Branch 
and from thence along a Lyne of marked Trees Crosse the Neck to a m'ked White 
Oake which standeth by a Branch side Joyning to the Little Neck 
and from the said White Oak downe the Branch to the first station 
including all the Land within the s'd bounds 
with all priviledges & Comodities thereunto belonging 
To have and to hould to him the said John FRIZELL his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs 
or Assignes for ever without the lett molestaçon or disturbance of me my 
heires or either of us in as large Ample effectall manner to all intents and 
purposes as I the said Nicholas COBB might or Could enjoy the same by force or 
vertue of any Pattent deed or writeing whatsoever, 
And I the said Nicholas COBB doe bind my selfe my heires Executo.rs Adm.rs or 
Assignes to save harmless and indemnified from all persons w.t soever 
And to the true performance of the said Sale I doe hereunto sett my hand & 
seal this being the 24.th of March 1667
