This deed made this 10.th day of July. 1853: 
between Mills DANIEL of the one part 
And George HOLLOWAY of the other part_ 
Witnesseth, that the said Mills DANIEL in consideration of the sum of Ten 
Dollars doth grant unto the said George HOLLOWAY 
A strip of land lying between the Said Holloways house and the main road 
leading over Wilsons Mill, 
Now enclosed by the Said Holloways fence 
and being all the land that the Said Daniel owns on the North Side of Said 
road  Containing by estimation. about one half of an acre. 
the said Mills DANIEL Covenants With Said Geo. HOLLOWAY; that he will warrant 
generally the said land:

In the clerks office of Isle of wight County Court Sept 5.th 1853.
