that wee John FRIZELL & Anne FRIZELL of y.e Isle of Wight County in Virginia 
for a valluable consideraçon to us in hand already p.d & to be p.d have 
bargained alienated & sould unto Lewis ROGERS of the same County 
one P/cell of Land scituate lying & being in y.e upper P/ish of y.e Isle of 
Wight County aforesd, 
togeather w.th all y.e houses Edifices Timber trees & wood now standing & 
groweing upon y.e  s'd demised

app/teining to the s'd Land 
nearing & abutting upon A point between two branches att A marked Beach 
runing along the Maine Swamp Joyning to George BELL w.th sev'all others 
Bounds sett forth & mençoned in A Bill of Sale made, acknowledged, & Recorded 
by Nic.o COBB & his Wife to me y.e s'd John FRIZELL, 
in as full & ample manner, as it is in the s'd Deed mençoned & expressed to 
all intents & purposes whatsoever 
To have & to hold to the s'd demised p'mises w.th the app/tences unto the s'd 
Lewis ROGERS his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes for ever, w.th out y.e lett 
interrupçon molestaçon or disturbance of us y.e s'd John FRIZELL & Anne 
FRIZELL o.r heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs or any other P/son or P/sons p'tending & 
clayming right to y.e p'mises, from us or either of us, 
And wee doe hereby oblildge o.r selves & o.r heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs to keep & 
save harmless & indempnified the s'd Lewis ROGERS his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & 
Assignes, touching & concerning the p'mises 
In witness whereof Wee have hereunto sett o.r hands seales,
