To all &c  Whereas &c Now Know yee that I the Said S.r William BERKELEY Kn.t 
doe with the Advice and Consent of the Councill of State Accordingly give and 
grant Unto George HARDEY Thomas WOMBWELL and Peter HALL Eleven hundred Acres 
of Land, being a Necke of Land called Timber Neck Scituate and being betweene 
y.e two Southermost branches by y.e Side of black water in the County 
of Isle wight bounded Viz.t 
East and west Upon the ["former" struck out] the two branches aforesaid 
North and west into the Woods 
Six hundred and fifty Whereof is an absolute Necke belonging to m.r George 
HARDY and m.r Thomas WOMBWELL 
and the rest being four hundred without y.e Neck
