Know all men by these presents, that I Matthew MOUNTFORD of the County of Isle 
of Wight, for  and in consideration the sum of One Hundred and twenty five 
dollars, to me paid by Henry N. PRICE of Richmond Virginia do grant with 
general warranty unto the said Henry N. PRICE all the timber trees on my land 
Suitable or that may be suitable to be sawed into lumber with the right of 
riggers and [illegible in copy] onto and from my said land, at any time for 
and during the term and time of two Years from the date hereof, to cut, haul, 
saw and remove the said trees or lumber from said land Without hindrance from 
Any person. 
Given under my hand and seal the 6_th day of June, 1881.
