JENKINS and William BLANCHARD, securities Deed of Trust [Image 0193] This Indenture Made the 15th day of December in the year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and forty three Between Henry MUMFORD of the County of Isle of Wight and State of Virginia of the first part, and Lemuell VAUGHAN of the Same County and State of Virginia of the second part, and John B. JENKINS and William BLANCHARD of the County of Southampton and State of Virginia of the Third part, Whereas the Said Henry MUMFORD is Justly Indebted to William H. VAUGHAN, administrator of John DARDEN dec.d in the sum of Twenty Dollars 68 cents due by note Bearing date the 14th day of December and due Nine months after date and due the 14th day of September until paid as per Bond of of [sic] this date will more fully appear, which debt with the interest the said Henry MUMFORD is willing and desirous to Secure the payment of the Bond and its interest that the said John B.
