Know all men by theSe p'sents that I Rich. Reynolds of Isle of Wight
County Sren.[?] do for my selfe my heires Excrs Admrs & ASSignes, 
ASsign and make over all ye Right title and IntreSt of one hundred 
Acres of Land Situate lying and being in ye Lon.e p'ish of ye for &c
sd County, unto Will. Murfrey his heires excrs admrs and ASSignes for
Ever, Which sd. hundred acres of Lands was formerly convey'd from Rich.
Webb to Rich: Gadsbey, and is now and in ye honor and occupation of ye
above sd. Wm. Murfrey, further I doe oblidge my selfe to Acknowledge
this to be my reall act and deed in open Court, wherefor was required
thereunto as affor Eliza. my wife as wittneSsed ye hands, this 9th
