Anne er&c To all er&c Know ye that for diverSe good CauSes and
Considerations but more eSpecially for and in Consideration of the
Importacon[?] of three[?] persons to dwell within this our Colony of
Virginia whoso[?] named are Matthew Bonham Catherine Langdon &
Stephen Cauldritt[?] We have Given Granted & Confirmed and by theSe 
preSentS for Us our Heirs & suceSsors[?] do Give Grant and Confirm
unto Mary Murfery of the County of Isle of Wight one certain tract
or parsol of Land containing one hundred thirty acres on the south
side black water & on the EaStward side of the Cedar swamp and 
bounded as followeth to wit, beginning at a white oak by the swamp
side of Green[or Gruit?] thence[?] south EaSterly fourty four degrees
hooked[?] pole to a pine a former field of Robr Carr's land house
bounding on Carr's line south EaSterly seventy nine Degrees & one
hundred thirty nine pole to a pine standing on the Indian branch
bound by the same north EaSterly fourteen Degrees & one hundred 
thirty four pole to a pine, thence[?] north weSterly thirty six 
degrees & twenty eight pole to a pine thence[?] southweSterly twenty
seven[?] Degrees & one hundred sixty eight pole to a marker held[?]
standing in the Cedar swamp thence[?] runing from the swamp side of
several Courses thereof and bounding thereon to the firSt montcoude[?]
itacort[?] with all er&c To Have Hold er&c To be held er&c Yielding &
paying er&c Provider er&c In WitneSs er&c witneSs our thrifty & well
beloved Alexander SpotSwood our L. Governor er&c att William
Sturgle[?] and orbid[?] seat of our sd. colony the sixteenth day of 
June one thousand seven hundred and fourteen in the thirteenth year
