[...] [margin note] UZZELL to UZZELL} Deed of Gift This Indenture made this Twenty Sixth day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven Hundred and Ninety Six Between Thomas UZZELL Senior of the County of Isle of Wight of the one part and Thomas UZZELL Junior (son of the said Thomas UZZELL Senior) of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Natural love & Affection which he the said Thomas UZZELL Senior hath and beareth unto the said Thomas UZZELL Junior he the said Thomas UZZELL Senior (after reserving his Natural life and the Natural life of his Wife Mary UZZELL on the plantation) hath given granted and Confirmed and by these presents, doth give grant and Confirm unto the said Thomas UZZELL Junior his Heirs & Assigns forever One certain tract of Land being the Plantation he now liveth On, whereof he the said Thomas UZZELL Senior is now Possessed. Containing by Estimation One Hundred and Eighty five Acres with its Appurtenances And Bounded as follows Viz.
