ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, VA - DEEDS - Thomas UZZELL Jr. & wife Mary to Thomas KING, 17 Jun 1800 Deed of Bargain & Sale ----¤¤¤---- [p.] 441 [margin note] UZZELL Tho j.r to KING This Indenture made this Seventeenth day of June one thousand eight hundred Between Thomas UZZELL j.r and Mary his wife of the one part and Thomas KING of the Town of Smithfield of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas UZZELL jun.r and Mary his wife for and in consideration of the Sum of five pounds current money of Virginia to him the said Thomas UZZELL jun.r in hand paid the receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge have granted, bargained, and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain, and sell, unto the said.
