To all &c  Whereas &c Now Know yee that I the Said S.r William BERKELEY K.t &c 
doe Give and grant Unto Thomas WOMBWELL Six hundred and fiftie acres of land, 
Scituate lying and being in the Countie of James Citty neare Unto the head of 
Checheroes [LVA reads 'Checkeroes'] in Chickahominy river 
North Upon the Land of Richard BELL homeing[?] a Landing place and passage way 
betweene the Lands of Richard BELL and George UNWYN

and runing Northerly into the woods by the Land of George UNWYN

Six hundred thirtie nine 
and three hundred and fiftie acres for the Transportaçon of Seaven psons into 
this Colony whose Names are
