VA Wills & Deeds, etc. Bk. 6, pgs 259-260 FHLC #32024 This Indenture made this Day of October in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy two Between Emmanuel Hunter and Sarah his wife of the County of Isle of Wight of the one part and Richard Renn of the same County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Emanuel Hunter and Sarah his Wife for and in consideration of the sum of Seventeen Pounds ten shillings to him in hand paid by the said Richard Renn the Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and himself therewith to be fully Satisfyed Contentd and Paid whereof the said Emmanuel Hunter & Sarah his wife hath Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened and confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain Sell alien and confirm unto the said Richard Wrenn his Heirs and Assigns forever a certain Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being on the East side of the beaverdam? branch in Isle of Wight County and Bound as followeth Vizt Beginning at a small Pine on the side of the Hoss?y Branch thence by a line of new marked Trees Benj Tune's line a Southeast course to the head thence South by a line of Marked Trees Frans Wrenns line to Tho. Wards corner pine? then a west Course along the said Wards line then a North Course by marked trees Returning? West Southwest to the said Beaverdam? Branch Various? Courses of the ???????
