VA Deeds, etc. Bk. 13, pgs 469-471 FHLC #32007 This Indenture Made this 5th Day of June on the year our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven Between Richard Wrenn of the Parish of Newport and County of Isle of Wight of the one part and Benjamin Jones of the Parish and County aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard Wrenn for and in consideration of the sum of L43 7 6 Current Money of Virginia to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin Jones at or before the Sealing and Delivering of these presents the receipt whereof the said Richard Wrenn doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof acquit and discharge the said Benjamin Jones his Heirs and Assigns forever ­ hath granted, bargained, and Sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, and Sell, Alien, and Enfeoff, and Confirm unto the said Benjamin Jones, his Heirs and Assigns forever A Certain Tract of Land, lying and Situate and bounded (Vizt) Beginning at a Marked Pine thence running along a line of marked trees North 52 Degrees West 76 poles to a marked pine thence East 108 poles along Henry Mangams line to a marked pine thence South 40 Degrees West to a marked Pine in a poquation?, thence along a line of marked trees North 31 Degrees West to the first Station containing Seventy five Acres be the same more or less together with all the benefits and Advantages whatsoever appurtaining or belonging to the said tract or parcel of Land and the remainder and Reversions of the same unto the said Benjamin Jones his Heirs and Assigns, together with all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Property, Claim, and demand unto him the said Benjamin Jones and to his Heirs and Assigns forever.
