VA Deeds, etc. Bk. 13, pgs 514-516 FHLC #32007 This Indenture made this 3rd day of December in the third year of the Commonwealth of Virginia Anno Domi. one thousand seven hundred and seventy eight Between William Hodsden and Sarah his wife of the County of Isle of Wight of the one part and Joseph Wrenn of the Said county of the other part Witnesseth That the Said William Hogsden and Sarah his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of three Hundred and Twenty five Pounds Current Money of Virginia to them, at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents, in hand Paid by the sd Joseph Wrenn, on the Receipt whereof the sd William Hodsden and Sarah his Wife doth acknowledge themselves fully satisfied and paid, Hath Granted bargained & Sold Aliended Infeoffed & confirmed and by these presents doth bargained alien Infeoff and Confirm unto the said Joseph Wrenn his heirs and Assigns, All that Tract or Parcel of Land commonly called and known by the name of the Fresh??? out of a patent of 700 Acres granted to Hugh Winn and afterwards was held as Pr. Record and now in Possession of William Hadsden, Bounded as follows -- Beginning at a Walnut Tree in the Bottom then North to a Red Oak on Henry Applewhaites line down the said line to a Swamp, down the said Swamp to an alo?
