Rev. Morgan Resigns Post 

  WINDSOR, Va., March 24 - Rev. J. Frank Morgan, pastor of the Windsor, Isle 
of Wight, Mt. Carmel and Antioch Christian Churches, sent in his resignation 
this week.  Rev. Morgan's resignation was due to illness which has kept him 
inactive during the past few months.  Rev. and Mrs. Morgan plan to make their 
home in Berkley.
